Voting is closed, the numbers are locked in, and 7,315 of you showed up to tell us who your favorite driver of the first half of the season was. That is a lot of thumbs hammering the vote button, and it means every single one of these six winners can walk into the pits for the back half of the year knowing the grandstand is genuinely pulling for them. This was never about who has the fastest car or the fattest trophy shelf. This was about who you love watching race. Big difference. Let's run through it.
We might as well start with the class that just about gave us a heart attack, because the Restricter race is going to be talked about for a while. Enzo Iudicello #1 takes home Fan Favorite with 933 votes and 34.7 percent of the class. Sounds clean until you look at second place. Holley Spake #39 pulled 931 votes and 34.6 percent. Read that again. Two votes. Out of 2,690 cast in that class, the entire thing came down to two votes, and if you were on the fence at any point during the voting window, congratulations, you personally decided this award. Enzo wins it, and it is a real win, but Holley Spake fans should be walking around with their chest out this week because that is as close as a fan vote gets without going to a recount. Audrie Slough #102 rounded out the podium with 111 votes at 4.1 percent, so the top of that class was a two-horse sprint from wire to wire.
Over in the Jr Sprints, there was no such drama at the top, because Wesson Whitaker #77 simply ran away with it. 596 votes, 30.0 percent, and the single most-voted driver in the entire people's choice field. The little guys clearly travel with a crowd, and Wesson is the one they came to cheer for. Brody Kritzler #21 gave a solid chase at 438 votes and 22.0 percent, with Jet Risley #43 taking third at 102. Nearly 2,000 votes got dumped into the Jr Sprint class, second only to the Restricters, which tells you everything about how invested race families are in the next generation coming up. Wesson is your guy though. Not particularly close.
The A-Class fan favorite goes to Nick Thrower #21T, who pulled 248 votes and 24.3 percent to lead a genuinely deep field. This one had a thousand-plus votes and no runaway, so Nick earning the top spot in a crowded, competitive class means something. Jude Allgayer #4 landed second at 149 votes and 14.6 percent, and Landen Adams #98 grabbed third with 74. Thrower is the people's pick, and he did it in a class that did not exactly hand it to him.
Speaking of Landen Adams, keep an eye on that #98, because he shows up again in the Non-Wing class, which was the most wide-open vote of the whole slate. Tk O'Brien #5 wins Fan Favorite here with 139 votes, but at just 18.6 percent, meaning nobody in Non-Wing ran away with anything and the love was spread all over the grid. Tk simply out-organized everybody. Landen Adams #98 was right there in second at 71 votes and 9.5 percent, with Koen Shaw #88 a whisker back in third at 64 votes and 8.6 percent. When the winner takes it with under one-fifth of the class, that is a sign of a class that is stacked with drivers people enjoy watching, and Tk O'Brien is the one they enjoy most.
The Sportsman crown belongs to Skyler Myers #12, and Skyler put up the most convincing percentage of anybody, taking 31.3 percent of the class with 147 votes. When almost a third of a division points at one driver, that is not a coincidence, that is a following. Bobby McIntosh #08 took second at 66 votes and 14.1 percent, and Justin Simpson #92K rounded out the top three with 40 votes and 8.5 percent. Skyler is your Sportsman fan favorite, and the margin says the fans were not particularly torn about it.
Last but very much not least, the Turf Tire fan favorite goes to David Jacobs #29B, who posted the best winning percentage in the entire people's choice at 32.9 percent, banking 132 votes to lead the class. Chris Russell #99 came in second at 57 votes and 14.2 percent, and Kade Bigger #77 grabbed third with 48 votes at 12.0 percent. Smaller class by vote total, but Jacobs owned it, and a third of the room in your corner is a mandate no matter how you slice it.
So there they are. Wesson Whitaker, Skyler Myers, Nick Thrower, Tk O'Brien, David Jacobs, and Enzo Iudicello are your 2026 Mid Season People's Choice Award winners, voted on and crowned by the only judges that actually matter, which is you. Some of these came down to blowouts and one of them came down to a coin flip, but every one of them is a driver this community loves watching go racing. Congratulations to all six. The second half of the season starts now, and the standard has officially been set. If you want to be standing here at year's end, you know what to do. Go put on a show.
